TEAMS

  • Make sure your driver is up-to-date

  • Open Preferences in Teams and select Devices

  • Enable High fidelity music mode

  • Open your playback app, i.e. Apple Music, or connect your external playback device

  • Return to the Teams app and click ••• More

  • Make sure High fidelity music mode is selected

  • Now click on the Share button

  • Click Include computer sound

  • Select the Window option and select your app (i.e. Apple Music) from the list of available windows

  • Play your music

Playback audio via a computer whenever possible. Audio quality is reduced and Send Music Mode is not supported on mobile iOS devices. Please note: each listener’s experience will be determined by their personal settings and available bandwidth.
