NY - DTLA CONFERENCE ROOM TIE-LINE

For a direct tie-line audio feed between the NY and DTLA conference rooms, two designated parties from each location must coordinate to engage and disengage the audio stream.

Please note: you cannot log into both the tie-line and Teams (or Zoom) simultaneously in the conference room hosting the playback or it will create a feedback loop.

Party A (sending feed):

• Press the Engage Tie-line button on the conference room touchscreen

• Following your playback, disengage the tie-line (Disengaging). This will reactivate the room microphones and allow the conference rooms to resume a dialogue

Party B (receiving feed):

• Press the Engage Tie-line button on the conference room touchscreen to receive audio

Please note: Engaging the tie-line from either location will mute the conference room microphones. The tie-line will need to be disengaged to resume dialogue between conference rooms following audio playback.
